Other: Flood victims can apply for grants up to $5,000 for anything destroyed by the flood not covered by insurance. Flood victims should go to Binghamton High School, Endwell Fire Station and Susquehanna Valley High School for one on one assistance.
They are also given information to apply for other grants from the NYS Dept of Labor, Broome County Department of Social Services office, NYS Division of Housing and Community Renewal, NYS Insurance Department, Office of Mental Health, NYS Office of Children and Family Services, American Red Cross, and Salvation Army. Individuals, families, and businesses are eligible for grants.
