Thomas A. Hull's (R) district is in the southwestern region of the county. It includes a large segment of the Towns of Binghamton and Conklin, and a portion of the Town of Vestal.

Tom has lived in the Town of Binghamton for over forty years. He has served the community in many youth activities and as a town councilman, and is a member of the Conklin Kiwanis Club, Vestry of the Church of the Good Shepherd, and the Veterans' Memorial Advisory Committee.

Throughout his seven legislative terms, Mr. Hull's primary focus has been to provide the best quality of life possible for his constituents, at the least cost to those residents. Tom's legislative work has included Chairing the Health Services Committee and the Education, Culture and Recreation Committee, and serving on the Centralization and Consolidation Committee, Community and Social Services Committee, Public Works Committee, Personnel Committee, Intergovernmental Relations Committee, Transportation and Rural Development Committee, and the following Boards: Soil and Water Conservation District, Cornell Cooperative Extension, and Veterans' Memorial Arena.

Legislator Hull is a retiree of IBM, and a graduate of Binghamton University.

Tom and his wife, Frances, reside at 13 Alpine Road in the Town of Binghamton. They are the parents of three adult children, Ted, Theresa, and Tom, Jr.
