Public Service Announcement From Broome County Parks & Recreation

BINGHAMTON, NY - Broome County Parks and Recreation Department will begin accepting reservations for shelter and group permits for the 2001 season on Tuesday, January 2, 2001 at 8:00 AM. Reservations may be made by calling the Parks and Recreation main office at 607.778.2193.

Broome County Parks and Recreation Department announces that Grippen Ice Rink has set an area aside for Christmas trees to be dropped off for recycling through January 14, 2001. The trees will be recycled into wood chips to use on our nature trails. Please be sure that the trees are free of all decorations and tinsel.
