The County of Broome will receive sealed RFPs at the office of the Broome County Division of Purchasing, Fourth Floor, Edwin L. Crawford County Office Building, 44 Hawley Street, Binghamton, NY 13902-1766, up to and including:

RFP-ADVERTISING ON THE BC ARENA & BOX OFFICE MARQUEE & TICKETS

RFPs shall be publicly opened and read at 2:30 P.M., on the above RFP date, in the Fourth Floor Conference Room (or to be announced day of RFP opening) in the Edwin L. Crawford County Office Building. Specifications and proposal forms on which RFPs must be submitted may be obtained at the above address. Broome County reserves the right to reject any and all RFPs offered.

The Division of Purchasing will keep a record of all prospective bidders obtaining bid documents. Any bidder not on record as having received bid documents from the Division of Purchasing will not be considered for a bid award.
